Our Customers (and Sometimes Our Employees) Have the Best Ideas . . .

It all started with this message from Kathryn Walter in Indiana about a week ago . . .

“Can I tell my sons how to get gift certificates for your site?  They will do it all by computer.  Could I have them do a Pay Pal certificate to use?”

And I had my usual initial reaction – “A PayPal Gift Certificate?”

This is pretty common – we live in our own little world here.  And as much as we try to keep up with everything, there are new products and innovations every day that we know nothing about.  But there are several thousand pairs of eyes and out there keeping watch for us.

So I did some research, and discovered how easy it is.  So you will now find the following on our homepage, just in time for the holiday shopping season . . .

(Don’t try to click on this image – I couldn’t figure out how to link it to the PayPal gift certificate process so you’ll have to go to our homepage to try it out)

Sometimes it’s one of our own who discovers something new.   This time it was Chris Mach at our retail store – she found this earlier this week, and we got a dozen Couture Creations Quick Release Die Paper on Wednesday.  The Make & Take crowd bought all of them.  So we have A LOT more coming.  Click on the link and you'll find a description and video so you can see why this works better than a piece of wax paper!

Last but not least, here’s an update on the Make & Take Project instructions and supply lists – click on this link and save it on your computer – it will take you to a page where we will post links to the various projects as information becomes available.

Just as a tease – here is a glimpse of the next two projects that should appear there in the coming week . . .

Have a great weekend!

  1. Hope you had a good trip up north (no snow). Ranger & Tim Holtz have announced 24 additional Distress Stains released and shipping now. Will we be able to order online the new set this week? Thanks
