Stamping Gala Tease – Day Four

I’m beginning to think that I may need to wear protective gear when we go on the road later this week (I’m going to Grapevine, Texas – Karen & David are going to Syracuse, New York). That said, what we’ve planned for the Stamping Gala in our store must be pretty good, because the readership on this blog has gone up every day for the past three days. Still not up to the heights of the Chocolate Mint Cookie recipe post, though . . .

Here it comes – this is the tease for Day Four, Thursday, August 12 . . .

Since Friday and Saturday of the Stamping Gala are also convention days in Cincinnati, we’ll have a few things you can do before or after you go to the show (since our store is only 40 minutes from the Sharonville Convention Center). We’ll look at those tomorrow, and then wind it all up the following day with at everything we’ll be doing on Sunday after the show!

Stamping Gala Tease – Day Three . . .

I’m going to have to make this rather “short and sweet” – I suddenly remembered that I had promised a Day Three Tease today and I have a full day ahead (church, golf league outing, and grocery shopping). So this is the schedule for the third day of the Stamping Gala in our store in Dayton on Wednesday, August 11 . . .

Stamping Gala Tease – Day Two . . .

I know, I know – I have already heard from a few “out-of-towners” who think I’m being terribly cruel by posting all of the cool things we’ll be doing in our store during the Stamping Gala August 9-15 (the best one was “I just shorted out my laptop while looking at these pics”). I can offer two responses:

1. I get the same feedback from the locals when I post cool things we do at conventions.

2. I’m giving you a month’s notice – can you think of anything better in the summer than a trip to lovely Dayton, Ohio? And if you have to rely on a male driver, send him to the U.S. Air Force Museum after he drops you off (it’s only 15 minutes away, it’s free, and it’ll keep him occupied for hours).

That said, brace yourself for classes, demos, and free make it/take its from some of our favorite fellow vendors and instructors. Here are the highlights of Day Two – Tuesday, August 10:

The Stamping Gala “Tease” Begins . . .

The locals will appreciate this – those of you out in the hinterlands will either drool in jealousy or make travel plans (let me know if you need hotel suggestions).  Our annual Stamping Gala begins in our store on Monday, August 9 – and we’ll have special guests, demos, make it/take its, classes, and three trunk shows going on all week long leading up to the Cincinnati convention on August 13-14.

So for the next few days, look for a tease of what you can expect.  Today, we’ll look at our USArtQuest Gala on Monday, August 9 – a day full of FREE make it/take it projects from our local instructors . . .
